Shure MX415LP/C 15" Microflex Cardioid Gooseneck Microphone
The Shure MX415LP/C 15" Microflex Cardioid Gooseneck Microphone with Bottom LED is a gooseneck microphone with a sleek, low-profile design suitable for use on conference tables, podiums, altars, and lecterns where aesthetics are important. Designed for professional installations, it capture clear speech for presentation and conferencing applications in governmental, institutional, educational, religious, and business settings.
The MX415LP/C can be permanently mounted on any flat surface using the MX400SMP surface mount preamp with LED logic output (available separately). The mic can also be used with the MX400DP movable desktop base (available separately), which includes a configurable mute button with logic output. It is also compatible with the MX890 wireless desktop base and the ULXD8 wireless base (both available separately).
The 15", single-section gooseneck design offers some level of flexibility at the top to facilitates positioning. The mic capsule features a cardioid polar pattern that provides coverage for up to two people sitting side by side—while helping to reduce unwanted sounds in noisy conference and meeting spaces.
The bicolor LED at the bottom of the gooseneck indicates the On/Mute status of the mic when it is connected to an automatic mixer.
The MX415LP/C features CommShield technology for shielding against RF interference from portable wireless devices. It comes with a snap-fit foam windscreen.
Interchangeable Mic Capsule
- The cardioid mic capsule is interchangeable, allowing you to choose a different capsule to suit your application. Capsules are available with omnidirectional, cardioid, and supercardioid patterns.
