The design process is where we take your ideas and start to build the layout to ensure we can accommodate all the tech, plan the power, tune the lighting and ensure airconditioning is suitable for your environment.
Once we have agreed on the design its time for us to build the budget and project plans.
At this stage the magic begins. Our teams start the procurement of equipment at the same time as our workshops start with the construction.
While the build continues the engineering team are configuring and testing all the gear in a staging enviornment to ensure everything is working as planned.
The wiring team label and run all the custom cables as per the plans and finally the equipment is installed and tested again.
The delivery included several stages:
1. Signoff all the components installed in the vehicle.
2. Training your team on all elements of the build
3. Our engineers will be on your first production to ensure your team is completely comfortable with your new aquisition.
Our OB building facilities in Cape Town and Durban can deliver a turnkey solution including vehicle build, furniture & racking, electrical, lights and airconditioning providing the best workflow to deliver optimal quality from lens to consumer.
