Mount a larger camera on your DJI RS 2 or Ronin-S handheld gimbal stabilizer with this Extended Quick Release Plate from SmallRig. The plate measures 1.6" longer than the original gimbal quick release plate to provide additional leverage for larger cameras and provide more room for mounting optional components, such as a rod mount for a follow focus motor, zoom motor, or lens support.
There is a 1/4"-20 thread on the bottom rear of the plate to add an optional counterweight. The plate features both 3/8"-16 and 1/4"-20 camera mounting screws for mounting a variety of cameras. Padding on top of the plate protects your camera from twisting or scratching. Measurement markings on the side allow you to keep track of the best plate balancing position for your camera.
