POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Technical Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for a technically minded professional with strong knowledge of professional video, photography, lighting, and audio equipment. The successful candidate will provide technical support, product guidance, system configuration assistance, and hands-on demonstrations to both internal sales teams and customers. You will play a key role in ensuring clients receive technically accurate advice, correct system design, and reliable after-sales support. This is a client-facing technical role requiring both deep product knowledge and strong communication skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide technical support and product guidance across video, photography, lighting, and audio equipment
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate equipment based on their application and budget
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations
• Configure, test, and troubleshoot equipment before dispatch or installation
• Support the sales team with technical specifications and system design
• Assist with complex quotations requiring technical input
• Provide after-sales technical support (in-store, telephonic, and on-site where required)
• Stay up to date with new product releases, firmware updates, and industry trends
• Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers for escalated technical queries
• Assist with training internal staff on new products and technologies

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 3–5 years’ hands-on experience in professional video, photography, lighting, or audio equipment
• Strong working knowledge of broadcast cameras, mirrorless/DSLR systems, lighting systems (LED, studio, location), and professional audio equipment
• Experience with signal flow, audio routing, and basic networking concepts
• Understanding of video formats, codecs, frame rates, color profiles, and workflow
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and basic software issues
• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced technical retail or distribution environment

Ecommerce Programmer (Odoo 17 & Shopify)

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Ecommerce Programmer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, integrating, and maintaining our ecommerce platforms built on Odoo 17 and Shopify. This role requires a strong technical background, hands-on programming experience, and the ability to optimize system performance, enhance user experience, and support ongoing ecommerce growth initiatives. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver scalable, efficient, and secure ecommerce solutions that drive business success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop, customize, and maintain ecommerce solutions within Odoo 17 and Shopify.
• Build and modify modules in Odoo using Python and related frameworks.
• Develop and customize Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Implement API integrations between Odoo, Shopify, and third-party systems.
• Optimize website performance, functionality, and user experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system bugs, errors, and integration issues.
• Manage product, inventory, order, and payment workflows between platforms.
• Ensure system security, data integrity, and compliance with best practices.
• Perform testing (unit, integration, and UAT) prior to deployment.
• Maintain clear technical documentation for custom developments.
• Provide ongoing technical support and enhancements as required.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 2 years’ proven experience working with Odoo (preferably Odoo 17).
• Minimum 2 years’ proven experience working with Shopify.
• Strong programming experience in: o Python (for Odoo backend development)
o PostgreSQL
o JavaScript
o HTML5 & CSS3
o Shopify Liquid
• Experience developing and customizing Odoo modules.
• Experience customizing Shopify themes and apps.
• Experience working with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Solid understanding of ecommerce workflows and data structures.
• Version control experience (e.g., Git).
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
