1. Promoter
This competition is organised and promoted by Icily (Pty) Ltd trading as Icily Live, South Africa.
2. Eligibility
- Competitions are open to South African residents aged 18 years or older.
- Employees of Icily Live, Icily TV, Icily (Pty) Ltd, its affiliates, agencies and their immediate family members may not enter.
- By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
3. Entry Requirements
- Participants must follow the entry instructions outlined in the official competition announcement on social media platforms.
- Entries submitted after the closing date and time will not be considered.
- Multiple entries may be permitted if all entry steps are followed accurately.
4. Competition Period
The opening and closing dates of each competition will be specified in the relevant promotional material.
Icily Live reserves the right to amend, extend, suspend or cancel a competition at any time without prior notice should circumstances beyond its reasonable control arise.
5. Winner Selection
- Winners will be selected at random.
- Winners will be contacted via the social media platform or communication channel used to enter the competition.
- If a winner cannot be reached within 5 business days, Icily Live reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6. Prizes
- Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless otherwise stated.
- Icily Live reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value should the advertised prize become unavailable.
- Any additional costs associated with redeeming or using a prize remain the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise specified.
7. Voucher Prizes
Where a prize includes an Icily Live voucher:
- The voucher may only be redeemed against products available from Icily Live.
- Voucher validity periods, if applicable, will be communicated directly to the winner.
- Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash.
8. Social Media Disclaimer
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or any other social media platform used to promote the competition.
Participants release these platforms from any responsibility related to the competition.
9. Publicity
By accepting a prize, winners agree that Icily Live may publish their first name, surname initial and/or social media handle for promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
Icily Live will not be held responsible for:
- Technical failures or interruptions affecting entries.
- Lost, delayed, incomplete or illegible entries.
- Any injury, loss or damage arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of a prize.
11. Privacy
Personal information collected during competitions will only be used for administering the competition and in accordance with applicable South African privacy legislation, including POPIA.
12. General
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any competition-specific rules published by Icily Live.
