This Lens Adapter Support from SmallRig provides support for large lenses when using a compatible Metabones lens adapter and a Blackmagic Design Pocket Cinema Camera 4K cage (2766). This aluminum support features a dark olive finish and mounts onto the cage with two included M4 screws, and the lens support attaches to the lens adapter with the included 1/4"-20 screw.
